By accessing or using Temple Diagnostics ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Temple Diagnostics is a mobile application that provides food scanning and nutritional analysis services. The App uses AI and databases to analyze food products and provide health scores, nutritional information, and additive analysis.

Important: The information provided by Temple Diagnostics is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical or nutritional advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions or food allergies.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Temple Diagnostics and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to App Store policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temple Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of nutritional information or health scores. Actual nutritional values may vary based on portion sizes, preparation methods, and product variations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
